Australian customers

When using our free standard shipping offer, via regular Australia Post, your goods should arrive within 3 - 7 business days of dispatch. Simply select the free shipping option at checkout.

Alternatively, you can select next day delivery via Express Post. Your shipping cost will show at the checkout based on the weight of the goods in your shopping cart. Australia Post's minimum charge for Express Post of $9.20 covers postage to anywhere in Australia up to 3kg. Only very large orders will exceed 3kg; for example, an order comprising 15 rashvests (our heaviest item) would weigh less than 3kg.

International customers

Our free standard shipping offer, via Australia Post International Air Mail, will ship goods to you virtually anywhere in the world. Delivery times vary depending on your location, however most goods should arrive within 5 - 10 business days of dispatch. Simply select the free shipping option at checkout.

Alternatively, you can select Express shipping via Australia Post Express Post International (3 - 5 business days to any metropolitan areas of major international cities). Your shipping cost will show at the checkout based on your location and the weight of the goods in your shopping cart.

Returns Policy

You may return goods within two weeks of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If the return is due to our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item) we will pay the shipping costs of getting the original goods back to us, and replacement goods out to you (if applicable).

Please return garments unworn, with original packaging and labels attached, and include a copy of the original invoice and indicate how you would like to proceed (e.g. refund, exchange or store credit).
